More Coverage. More Availability. More Confidence.
Vehicle electrical systems continue to evolve.
From ADAS and SRS to communications, navigation, and infotainment, today’s vehicles rely on increasingly sophisticated electrical networks.
And as those systems evolve, so does the need for high-quality connectors and terminals that support reliable signal integrity and performance.
Aeromotive is expanding its automotive connector and terminal inventory to keep pace.

More Applications. More Coverage.
Aeromotive has expanded its inventory across a growing range of OEM applications, including:
- Kia
- Hyundai & Genesis
- Nissan
- Toyota & Lexus
- Honda
- Mercedes-Benz
- BMW
- GM
- Chrysler, Jeep & Dodge
- Ford
- Rivian
- Lucid
- Tesla
This expanded inventory helps Aeromotive address the changing connector and terminal requirements found throughout modern vehicle electrical systems.
Modern Vehicles Depend on the Connection
Connectors and terminals may be small components, but they support increasingly sophisticated vehicle systems.
Applications can include:
- ADAS
- SRS
- Communications
- Navigation
- Infotainment
As electrical architectures become more complex, the components supporting these systems need to meet exacting material, manufacturing, and quality requirements.
Availability matters.
But there’s another part of the equation.
Traceability You Can Trust
Knowing exactly what you’re getting is just as important as having the component available.
Aeromotive maintains rigorous material traceability procedures as a key element of our ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems.
These processes help Aeromotive identify, control, and prevent the use of Suspected Unapproved Parts (SUPs).
Depending on the Work Order, Aeromotive’s process can include:
Source Verification
Required OEM components are obtained through appropriate OEM channels.
Manufacturer Identification
Original part manufacturers are identified and documented.
Incoming Inspection & Quarantine
Suspected non-conforming or unapproved parts are immediately quarantined.
Traceability
Suppliers must be able to verify component origin through a Certificate of Conformity or traceability back to the OE manufacturer.
Serviceable Approval
Verified and accepted components are released into Serviceable inventory.
Non-Conforming Disposition
Rejected components are tagged Unserviceable/Rejected, identified as SUPs when applicable, and returned to the supplier or properly scrapped when required.
The Right Parts. The Right Data. The Right Process.
Aeromotive’s capabilities extend beyond connectors and terminals themselves.
Our materials and technical resources include, but are not limited to:
- OE wire specification data
- Interconnects
- Terminals
- Seals
- Application processes
- Tooling requirements
Together, inventory, technical resources, traceability, and quality processes help support the changing demands of modern vehicle electrical systems.
More Confidence in Every Connection
Modern vehicle electrical systems aren’t getting simpler.
Aeromotive is expanding its connector and terminal offering to help customers keep pace—while maintaining the quality, traceability, and documentation they can depend on.
