Manufacturing at Aeromotive is built on controlled processes, documented validation, and repeatable execution. Whether producing a single prototype or a multi-thousand unit production run, every build follows a defined quality framework designed for consistency and reliability.
Our manufacturing floor supports low-volume, high-mix programs across automotive, aerospace, commercial, and heavy equipment industries. Each project transitions from engineering validation into structured production with clear process controls and documented work instructions.
Production begins with first article builds to verify form, fit, and function before full release. Once approved, assemblies move into controlled manufacturing supported by validated tooling and trained technicians.
When required, PPAP and control plans are executed to meet customer and regulatory standards. Machine applicators are used where specified to maintain consistent crimp force, alignment, and compression. Parameters are documented and monitored to reduce variation and support audit readiness.
Manufacturing is not based on visual acceptance alone. It is built on validated process control.
Quality control is integrated directly into production. Assemblies may undergo pull testing, continuity verification, current flow validation, and microscopic inspection depending on application requirements.
Testing confirms performance under real-world conditions and ensures assemblies meet OEM and high-reliability standards.
Material sourcing, lot tracking, and documentation are maintained where required to provide full traceability. This structure supports long-term accountability and field reliability.
For programs facing obsolescence or extended OEM lead times, we also support Remove and Repair and Build-to-Print solutions. Whether restoring an existing harness or building a zero-time assembly, the manufacturing discipline remains consistent.
From prototype through sustained production, Aeromotive manufacturing focuses on repeatability, compliance, and dependable results.
