When required, PPAP and control plans are executed to meet customer and regulatory standards. Machine applicators are used where specified to maintain consistent crimp force, alignment, and compression. Parameters are documented and monitored to reduce variation and support audit readiness.

Embedded Quality & Testing

Quality control is integrated directly into production. Assemblies may undergo pull testing, continuity verification, current flow validation, and microscopic inspection depending on application requirements.
